I've noticed I intuitively manage to fold whatever alone and quiet time I need into each day.  When times come when I'm with more people,  since I'm rarely running on an energy deficit when it comes to this, I find I need very little, knowing I will find enough later.

There are exceptions to this however; fortunately those are rare.
