I knew authors like this in real life when I used to own a book store. Or I should say I had the misfortune of having to try and deal with one such local author... freakout

The real you is the whole universe. The real you is God, destined to follow no one, destined to ignite the ether and experience life from an individual perspective and take part in the creation. So this is for you, my fellow creators, my fellow gods, and my fellow selves, that coincidence may never disguise itself with the mask of fate and torment you, that every moment be meaningful, and that no experience be lost.

This sounds like a declaration of love disguise in passionate anger. Maybe this is part of a bigger scheme in which writing a book was the first step and he truly wants to make his perspective known. Doesn't he have just a strange insecure way of looking at things?

I went to see a play last week about two well known philosophers and one of them acted similarly. But it did not stop him from having interesting ideas even if he was insecure (in real life and in the play)!

I read the thread and I really like this person, and at the same time I feel sorry for him. Is his world so out of grasp that he needs to defend it so badly?

Or maybe it is a joke?
