Ah, an old classic. Yum. Anyone else have favorites they'd like to post here?

I have a really, really simple recipe for making fudge.

Microwave Fudge

18 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 - 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

1. Place 18 oz. morsels in glass container and place in microwave for 3 minutes on high.
2. Take out morsels from microwave and add condensed milk. Stir until all chocolate is melted.
3. Stir in 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract.
4. Line either 8"x8" or 9"x9" square pan with wax paper.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Take out of refrigerator and cut into squares.

I can't get over how I use to use a candy thermometer and spent so much time making fudge. Of course I don't make this often. I don't need the calories. This is so good. I found this recipe on the Internet.
