Ways to protect yourself from leaked passwords.

About a year or so ago, someone hacked into my husband's email account and stole all his emails, contact information and changed his pass word. We never did recover any of the stolen information even though his email provider promised to send him their backup of that information. Since then, I've heard many tales of people getting accounts hacked and passwords stolen.

This article contains links to places where you can find out if one of your passwords are compromised and links to help protect and manage your passwords as well as advice on what to do if a password has been compromised.
