default Love vs attachment

When we talk about being aware within feeling, there is a difference in whether these emotions are of the lower, which comes through fear and attachment, or that of the higher, which is feeling through our Soul. So our experience varies whether we feel through awareness or attachment. If we cannot let go, there is attachment, not unconditional Love of our Spirit Self, that is always free. This is a "place" where a field of unconditional love and acceptance can be born. One needs to commune with their own inner guidance, because only our own inner guidance and truth can make us feel, because only there You can truly find peace and freedom. We are the "owners" of this vehicle, so only we can feel intimately within our own experience. Attachment has nothing to do with feeling through Divine Love, and Divine Love is the only Truth there is within One! Many still confuse Love for an emotion. Love is definitely not an emotion, but it can consequently make us feel emotions. Emotions that bring with them pain and suffering, can only stem from attachment.

False beliefs of suppressing or denying our emotions and only focusing on the "positive", are only causing parts that need to come out, to be swept under the carpet. If we only focus on the positive, this can never make us transcend and move into the higher octaves of feeling, where we can truly reside within a field of unconditional love and acceptance, which opens the gateway to Divine Love that we are as a Source Essence. If we still feel pain, we need to understand, that Love itself does not hurt. Love never hurts, only the lack of Love and Light in this true knowing and feeling our Self as Divine Love, can hurt.

We cannot not be emotional, because emotions are a part of our Human embodiment experience. This is how our Human vehicle is created, and they are our Gift! When we suppress them, we suppress our true nature as feeling Beings. Because emotions basically mean "energy in motion", we literally block the free flow of energy and the Divine cannot run through us. This is something similar to pushing the "turn off" button. Emotions are not to be denied, they are to be felt through awareness and integrated on the highest levels of our Being, so that our Source Being and the Human Being that we are, can interlock as One. We are in a period of transition, and that is why we can periodically experience everything from strong emotions in one moment to pure void of feeling in the next. This is how our Soul is expanding like a rubber band. It is going from one extreme to another, in order to reach a perfected state of balance as a result of this process. In order for this process of change to be as smooth as possible, we are called to play the role of an objective observer.

So, that's Polona's understanding, eh ?

Here's physicist/consciousness researcher/author Tom Campbell's experience:

Love is a state of being composed of joy, peace, and sadness. It incorporates compassion and humility with no fear, no ego, and no delusion. Love is the opposite of fear (not hate). Love is the natural and the most basic expression of low entropy consciousness. Love is about others. Love is an outward pointing function, while ego is an inward pointing function.[MBT Trilogy 1]

As a technical term, it is defined as the absence of entropy in consciousness.[MBT Forum 1] The most profitable internal arrangement within a digital consciousness system is achieved when the various groups of bits interact cooperatively for long-term mutual profitability. It is this cooperative interaction at its best (lowest entropy) that is defined as love. Within consciousness, it exists as a continuum of quality from very little to very much.

Love is the goal of evolving consciousness working within the consciousness cycle. As you lower your entropy you increase your capacity to love. Love is your purpose.

Patience, humility, compassion, caring, etc. are all expressions of love. We be those things, as is appropriate, when we be love. Love is the natural state of being of a very low entropy consciousness. The greater our growth, the higher our quality, the more evolved our consciousness, the more spiritual we are, the lower our entropy, the more our Intent is rooted in love; the more our existence becomes an expression of love; The closer we are to outgrowing the constraints that define our individuation and create our separateness. When we grow enough to merge with AUM, we do not lose our memory or our history. We are still the uniquely evolved result of that unique entity experiencing a unique growth path -- what we lose is our ego and our separateness -- we become love, one with all that is, fully aware of our connectedness to everything. A clear goal-- but don't hold your breath till that happens -- it may take a while.

I can see some similarity in Polona's version to Tom's experience.
